Please join the Arts Department on Thursday, April 18th from 5-7 p.m. in the Jackson Street Gallery to celebrate the students of the 2024 AP Studio Art class.

WHAT: The 2024 AP Studio Art Show

The show will feature paintings and drawings from Raphaella Alioto Grace, Cian Dowling, Maya Egrie, Cece Erhart, Henry Flaherman, Cate Hewitt, Bea Hord, Alexis Hu, Finlay Jennings, Ryan Jo, Kylie Kong, Peter Ma, Saskia Petitt, India Poetzscher, SaskiaPrillinger Ogrydziak, Talia Venchiarutti; sculpture from Georgia Badenhope, Elizabeth Boi, Sophia Caro, Flora Pinner; and photography from Katya Davis, Eliza Ettinger, Angel Gonzalez, Keili Gorczyca, Alexis Martinez, Ruth Mondesir, Ava Morandi, Jason Morris, Angel Pereira, Will Stegall, and Jack Tompkins Pettigrew.

The AP Studio Art class spends a full school year producing a portfolio of artwork for submission to the AP College Board in May. There are two components to every AP Portfolio:

· Sustained Investigation: exhibits an in-depth commitment to a theme of the student’s choosing.

· Selected Works: exhibits the development of a sense of excellence in art.
