We are excited to announce that UHS is now home to an Institute for Responsive Education that is composed of five Centers: Metacognition & Neurodiversity, Health & Wellness, Community Engagement, Climate Studies, and Equity & Community.

From programs that center skill building (like workshops in Executive Functioning) to courses that ask big questions of how we might engage with the lived experiences of others (like a course on gathering Oral Histories from the Bay Area), the Institute also includes an array of unique Responsive Courses that intentionally reach across disciplinary boundaries.
