Application materials and event registration for the next admissions season will be available on Friday, August 30, 2024. In the meantime, please feel free to create a student profile on Ravenna-Hub and search for University High School in the school directory.

2024-2025 ADMISSIONS TIMELINE

Events are only for families considering applying for entry in Fall 2025. Please note that our events will be in person unless otherwise noted. Event registration is required through your Ravenna-Hub applicant profile.

AUGUST 2024

Friday, August 30: UHS Application and Event Registration available through Ravenna-Hub after 4:00 PM

SEPTEMBER 2024

Tuesday, September 10: Campus Visit Program begins*
Sunday, September 29: Open House #1* (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)

OCTOBER 2024

● Tuesday, October 8: Parent/Guardian Information Session #1* (5:30 - 6:30 PM)
● Thursday October 24: Parent/Guardian Information Session #2* (5:30 - 6:30 PM)
● Saturday, October 26: Open House #2* (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
● Saturday, October 26: Meet the Coaches Athletics Event* (1:15 - 2:45 PM)

● Thursday, January 9: Admissions Application Deadline
● Thursday, January 9: Financial Aid Application Deadline through Clarity Tuition parent account
● Monday, January 13: Interviews Begin* (through Friday, February 7)

MARCH 2025

● Monday, March 3: Deadline to upload 2024 Tax Returns to Clarity Tuition for Financial Aid Applicants
● Friday, March 21: Electronic Admissions and Financial Aid Decisions available on Ravenna-Hub after 4:00PM
● Thursday, March 27: Financial Aid Enrollment Agreements due by 12:00 PM
● Friday, March 28: Enrollment Agreements due by 12:00 PM
