Giving Opportunities

Your Contribution Matters

San Francisco University High School is a small, independent school driven by the values of inquiry, care, integrity, agency, and interconnection as we work to redefine a 21st century education. The support of the school's parents, alumni, and friends is vitally important to our school’s ability to remain nimble and adapt to the needs of our students, faculty, and community. We invite you to give as generously as you can in support of the great work being done at University.

There are many ways to support UHS; click on a heading below to make a gift:

  • UHS Annual Fund
The UHS Annual Fund not only provides dollars for the daily operating budget, a well-supported Annual Fund enables the school to “say yes” to new initiatives, projects, and programming each year. Gifts to the UHS Annual Fund provide the greatest flexibility in funding the school's most immediate needs.
  • Summerbridge
Annual support of Summerbridge allows this pioneering, year-round, academic program to continue preparing under-resourced middle school students for college-preparatory high schools while also encouraging young adults to enter the field of education.
  • The Campaign for University High School: Connect.Invent.Design.
UHS’s Strategic Direction connects our community and has informed the inventing and designing of values-driven programs, spaces, and practices which have become funding priorities for our school. We invite you to join us in the early-stages of this campaign as we shape the future of UHS.
  • San Francisco Decorator Showcase
The Decorator Showcase benefitting the University High School Financial Aid Program is a leading design event that invites sponsorships and support from the school, design, and Bay Area communities. To date, the Decorator Showcase has raised over $16 million for financial aid since it was created in 1977.
