UHS alumni families and their friends are invited to Flower Piano, a uniquely San Francisco event that is celebrating its 5th year this summer. Held at San Francisco Botanical Garden in Golden Gate Park, twelve pianos are situated throughout the garden. Anyone can play the pianos, or enjoy listening.
Our 2:00 P.M. visit to the Garden will coincide with a Bean Sprouts Family Days presented by Kaiser Permanente. This popular family garden program will take on a musical twist as children and their caregivers explore various hands-on activities: visiting the composting worms, creating garden art, and more! There will also be a scavenger hunt for kids and 100 hula dancers earlier in the day (see link to full schedule below)..
Families with older children and their friends will enjoy the magic of Flower Piano at Night, starting at 8:00 P.M. The Garden is beautifully illuminated and music fills the air, with the opportunity to both play and listen. An enchanting evening for everyone, with food trucks and outdoor bars.
