Our Arts faculty are not only exceptional educators teaching in classrooms, studios, and stage—they are active, working artists deeply engaged in their creative fields. From exhibiting, performing, and publishing to collaborating professionally, they bring real-world practice and current industry insight directly to their students.

This commitment to professional artistry extends beyond the classroom through signature programs such as The Professional Artist Series. Curated by Visual Arts Instructor Mark Harris, these exhibitions feature work by professional artists from around the Bay Area and provide students with a valuable opportunity to learn first-hand from visual artists actively working in the field.
